Dormaybowl Detailed Return Policy
Return Period: Customers can return items within 14 days of receiving their order.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Return Process:

- Return Instructions: Follow the instructions provided by customer service regarding where to send your return.
- Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Refund Process:
- Inspection: Once your return is received, it will be inspected.
- Notification: You will receive an email notifying you whether your return has been approved or rejected.
- Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within a certain number of days and applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping Costs:
- Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:
